You can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are only valid 30 days from the original purchase date and with proof of purchase.

A full refund will be processed on your method of payment typically within 3-5 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

To get the best results, we ask that you try our products for at minimum of 2 weeks. If you have any issues while whitening or any questions we recommend contacting one of our TADSmile experts for assistance.
